Our chiropractic doctors, Dr. Gregory Thompson and Dr. Sean Welborn, aim to provide effective relief for any condition in just a few visits by using modern exam methods and treatments. Unlike other doctors in the chiropractic field, our doctors don't recommend long treatment plans or prepayment plans. Instead, we want to offer relief in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
We'll only accept your case if we feel confident that we can help you. If you require a type of care that we don't offer, we'll refer you to other health and medical specialists from our network.
We're also extremely proud of our award-winning, on-site, licensed massage therapists. They're specifically trained in providing professional, therapeutic, and medical-type massages.

Our massages can include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and deep lymphatic massage procedures. Massage services may be covered by your insurance for medically necessary care if they are ordered by one of our chiropractors. Dr. Greg ThompsonChiropractorDr. Greg Thompson grew up in Dallas, TX. In 1995 he married his high school sweetheart Tracy, just before he graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX
After completing his internship in Irving, TX, Dr. Thompson and Tracy moved to Paris in 1996 to open a private chiropractic practice.
In 1999, Dr. Thompson merged his practice with Dr. Jay Curlile and Dr. Ballard Boren to form Chiropractic Associates.
Located at 3305 NE Loop 286, Chiropractic Associates quickly became the go-to place for the best chiropractic care in Paris, TX. Chiropractic Associates has been voted 'Best in Paris' since 2005.
Dr. Thompson opened The Rub Club in 2008, which has been voted 'Best in Paris' every year since. It's the most comprehensive and effective therapeutic massage clinic in Lamar County.

Dr. Thompson lives in Powderly, TX and has 2 beautiful children named Preston and Brookelyn.
After working as a chiropractic doctor for 20 years, Dr. Thompson enjoys helping patients find relief from pain. He also provides patients with instructions on how to live a healthier, pain-free, and productive lifestyle.

Dr. Sean WelbornChiropractorDr. Sean Welborn graduated from Parker Chiropractic College in May 2009.
After he completed his internship, Dr. Welborn worked 1 year as a specialist in acupuncture treatments for common muscle and joint-related issues, such as neck pain, back pain, headaches, and other ailments.
Dr. Welborn spent the next 2 years working at a highly successful chiropractic wellness clinic in Denison, TX. He worked alongside the clinic owner and treated between 400 and 600 chiropractic and rehab patients each week!
Not only does he provide effective relief through hands-on chiropractic care and acupuncture. He is also fluent in Spanish!

Dr. Brandy CollinsChiropractorDr. Collins is from Kentucky and also where she learned to love and care for animals. This love for providing care led her to providing care for both animals and people as a chiropractor. Her and her husband moved to Oklahoma for her to attend and eventually graduate from Parker Chiropractic College. Dr Collins is accepting new patients of all ages for gentle, effective chiropractic care. She uses both gentle, low force type care as well as hands-on adjustment technique and myofascial release.
