Our chiropractic doctors, Dr. Gregory Thompson and Dr. Sean Welborn, aim to provide effective relief for any condition in just a few visits by using modern exam methods and treatments. Unlike other doctors in the chiropractic field, our doctors don't recommend long treatment plans or prepayment plans. Instead, we want to offer relief in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

We'll only accept your case if we feel confident that we can help you. If you require a type of care that we don't offer, we'll refer you to other health and medical specialists from our network.

We're also extremely proud of our award-winning, on-site, licensed massage therapists. They're specifically trained in providing professional, therapeutic, and medical-type massages.

The Paris News has named Chiropractic Associates the "Best Place for Massage" since 2008. We offer therapeutic, massages right in our office. Our massages can include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and deep lymphatic massage procedures. Massage services may be covered by your insurance for medically necessary care if they are ordered by one of our chiropractors. We also have gift cards available to purchase at our location.

In addition to chiropractic care and therapeutic massages, Chiropractic Associates offers various services, including therapeutic ultrasound, electric muscle stimulation, moist heat, cryotherapy, intersegmental traction, and spinal decompression therapy.

Do I need a referral to be seen?

No referral is required for chiropractic or massage appointments. If you have a referral from another provider, please bring it to your first visit so we can coordinate care.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept many major medical plans for chiropractic care and file claims on your behalf. Massage therapy is generally self-pay. Call the office before your first visit so we can verify your benefits.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first appointment so we can complete intake paperwork. Returning patients can arrive about five minutes early.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Photo ID, your insurance card (for chiropractic), and a list of current medications or recent imaging if relevant. New massage clients should download the patient form ahead of time.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Call the Paris office at 903-785-5551 (chiropractic) or 903-739-9959 (The Rub Club massage), or Sulphur Springs at 903-919-5020. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time to another patient.
